Preparation processes  for Powder Coating

Prep for Blasting remove oil, dirt , grease etc.

​Tape & Plug if needed before going into oven.

​Heat  oven up to 420 Degrees or Higher Depends on Powder.​

​Put parts in oven to heat up for about  15 - 30 Mins. at 400 degrees.

​​Once parts are at temp.  the product is then pull out of the oven and sprayed, powder is electrostatically  applied.

​After the parts  are sprayed they go back into  the oven to cure for about  10 - 20 Mins.  at 400 degrees ..​

​Repeat steps for colors that require additional coats.
